Note
1. Fee is subject to revision by the Institute from time to time
2. Students are also required to purchase books, uniforms and other accessories as directed by the Institute.
3. In case of withdrawal of admission after paying First Term fee, only Caution Money will be refunded- other fee will stand forfeited.
4. Caution money will be forfeited if not claimed within one year from the date of passing or leaving the course.
General Fee Rules
a) The fee structure shall uniformly apply in case of General, Physically Challenged, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe categories.
b) For all courses, the First Term fee is payable at the time of admission and the Second Term fee is payable in December.
c) For the B.Sc. programme, all
fees have to be paid through a bank draft drawn in favour of the Principal, Institute of Hotel Management, Kufri, payable at Shimla.
For the one and half year courses, the
fees may be paid only through a bank draft drawn in favour of the Principal, Institute of Hotel Management, Kufri, payable at Shimla.
For one and half year courses, in case of withdrawal after paying First Term fee, only Caution Money will be refunded.
d) If any fee payment remains in arrears for more than a month, the student will have his name struck off the rolls and will not be allowed to attend classes. Such a student may be re-admitted at the discretion of the Principal upon the payment of the outstanding charges and a fine plus a re-admission fee.
e) The timings for accepting the fee are as follows:
10 am to 1 pm or 1000hrs to 1300hrs............................... Monday to Friday
10am to 12 pm or 1000hrs to 1200hrs ............................. Saturday
(except 2nd Saturday of every month)
Note
The Institute will remain closed on all Holidays observed by the Central Govt.
